Personality: 

Vinny is a hard worker and very resorceful, and will do anything it takes to make something happen, especially if it's for a good cause. She is quick to pass judgement on those around her. If you pass her initial inspection, she is kind generous and generally cheerful. However, if someone strikes her the wrong way, she is cold, angry, and violent towards the person. Vinny is very protective of those she holds close to her. Even though she pretends to not care about what people think, deep down, she is actually very sensitive. 

Back Story: 

Born to the small town of Camphrier, her mother worked a part time job at the town's botique. Her father was a Pokemon trainer, on journey most of the time so he was never around. When her mother wasn't working she was sleeping, so Vinny was pretty much on her own growing up. Vinny's best friend Marcella, the daughter of the day-care couple,  would often invite her to play with the Pokemon trainers left for her parents to raise. Vinny's dream was always to become a Pokemon trainer and travel the world, but she felt a duty to her mother to keep her safe. 

When Vinny's mother grew ill, she dropped out of school to work for Shabboneau Castle as a maid to help pay for medications and treatments. Try as she might, she never earned enough to pay for her mother's bills. Eventually, her mother passed away. When Marcella came over to console her, she brought along a newly hatched Charmander, she explained that a trainer had left it behind, and thought it would be a good idea to finally pursue her dreams of being a trainer.
